GOV.UK - Accessibility
Contributed to the Government Digital Service (GOV.UK), improving Accessibility across a platform serving millions. Delivered WCAG-compliant fixes for key UI patterns to make components reusable and standards-driven.

- Focus: Accessible components, Design Systems, Technical Debt, compliance.
Nespresso - Global Accessibility Initiative
Shaped a global accessibility initiative as the first senior accessibility
hire. Working towards meeting WCAG 2.1 AA and the European Accessibility Act (EAA).
Audited core user journeys, remediated React components within Design Systems, and contributed
to an internal culture shift around Accessibility owning internal events like
Global Accessibility Awareness Day.

The White Company - eCommerce Frontend
Contributed features and bugs fixes including a "Save for later" feature. Advocated for a dedicated Design System and contributed to a Vue-based rebuild to unify inconsistent Frontend technologies.
